Over 10 years of compassionate care for South Florida families
Elite PPEC was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that children with complex medical needs deserve a place where they can receive outstanding medical care while also experiencing the joy of childhood. What began as a small center in Hollywood, Florida, has grown into one of Broward County's most trusted prescribed pediatric extended care facilities.
Over the past decade, we have had the privilege of serving more than 200 families throughout Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Hallandale Beach, Davie, Plantation, and the greater Broward County area. Each family that walks through our doors becomes part of the Elite PPEC community, and many of our earliest families remain connected with us to this day.
As we have grown, we have expanded our therapy offerings, strengthened our nursing staff, upgraded our facilities, and continually invested in the latest medical equipment and therapeutic technologies. Every member of the Elite PPEC team is carefully selected for their clinical expertise, compassion, and genuine love for working with children. All staff members are thoroughly background-checked, CPR certified, and trained in pediatric emergency response.
Our nursing staff provides continuous medical monitoring, medication administration, and skilled nursing care throughout the day.
Our CNAs deliver compassionate hands-on care, assisting children with daily activities, feeding, and personal hygiene.
Physical, occupational, speech, behavioral, respiratory, art, and music therapists work together to promote development.
Emergency medical technicians and trained support staff ensure immediate response capability and a safe environment at all times.
Our clinical team includes registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and emergency medical technicians (EMTs) who provide continuous medical monitoring and skilled nursing care. Our therapy department features licensed physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, board-certified behavior analysts, respiratory therapists, art therapists, and music therapists, all working collaboratively to create comprehensive, individualized care plans for every child.
Elite PPEC is fully licensed by the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) as a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care facility. We meet and exceed all state standards for pediatric medical daycare, including staffing ratios, facility safety, medical equipment, emergency preparedness, and infection control protocols.
Our facility undergoes regular state inspections to ensure ongoing compliance with all Florida regulations governing PPEC centers. We maintain all required documentation, staff credentials, and quality assurance measures as mandated by the state of Florida.

Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, behavioral therapy, respiratory therapy, art therapy, music therapy, and early intervention are all available on-site.
We provide complimentary door-to-door transportation in specially equipped vehicles that accommodate wheelchairs, medical equipment, and car seats.
Every child receives balanced meals and snacks throughout the day, including accommodations for specialized diets, feeding tubes, and dietary restrictions.
All services at Elite PPEC are fully covered by Florida Medicaid. There are no copays, deductibles, or hidden fees for qualifying families.
